Dr James Carter completed his medical degree at the University of Melbourne before undertaking further training in general practice, sports medicine and chronic disease management. He went on to gain Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
James has a particular interest in men’s health and sports medicine, working closely with patients recovering from injury as well as those managing long-term conditions. He provides musculoskeletal assessments, exercise and lifestyle advice, skin checks and preventative health screening.
He also has broad experience in general family medicine, including chronic disease management, mental health support and minor procedures, and enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and their families.
