Dr Olivia Bennett completed her postgraduate studies in clinical psychology at the University of New South Wales, undertaking further training across anxiety disorders, trauma and relationship counselling. She is a registered member of the Australian Psychological Society.
Olivia has a particular interest in helping people navigate anxiety, stress and life transitions, and enjoys supporting clients through evidence-based, personalised approaches to care. She provides individual therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, trauma-informed counselling and relationship support.
She also has extensive experience working with young adults and professionals managing burnout, and is passionate about creating a warm, non-judgemental space for clients to work through their challenges.
