Sophie Reynolds completed her physiotherapy degree at the University of Sydney before undertaking further training across musculoskeletal, sports and post-surgical rehabilitation. She is a registered member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
Sophie has a particular interest in helping people recover from injury and return to the activities they love, and enjoys supporting clients through hands-on, personalised treatment plans. She provides manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, sports injury management and post-surgical recovery support.
She also has extensive experience working with active individuals and weekend athletes, and is passionate about combining evidence-based practice with practical, everyday movement advice.
